What is Falu's pricing model?
Falu charges are separated by service and customers only pay for what they use. For example, Messaging clients are charged KES 0.5 per SMS.
Are there setting-up costs?
No. We do not charge you to set up an account with Falu.
What do you mean by ‘Test’ and ‘Live’ workspace modes?
When you set up an account with Falu, you automatically get allocated a workspace in Test mode at no cost. This is similar to a sandbox environment where you can try out Falu’s features, invite team mates, and gain API tokens to test our APIs. You can upgrade your account anytime
Can I pay for only one product?
Yes. You are free to only pay for what you use.
Do you charge separately for every product I use under Falu?
Yes. Every product is charged separately as informed by its usage. However, the charges are consolidated and you are invoiced once each month.
